transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon
visit to the city, Independence Square,
Historical House, Sugar museum. (House
of Bishop Colombres), park July 9th.
TUESDAY:
Departure to S.M. of Tucumán by
route 38 going through Jesuitical ruins
of San José de Lules, De los Sosas
ravine, Monument to the Calchaquí
Indian, park of menhires, dock the narrowness,
the Mollar, Jesuitical Church de la Banda,
Tafi del Valle.
WEDNESDAY:
Tafi del Valle: departure to the city
of Salta going through Abra del infiernillo
at 3042 m.o.s.l., Ampimpa, Amaicha del
Valle, visiting the old town of Quilmes
(does not include entrance) Colalao del
Valle and Tolombon, Cafayate, visiting
a winery, cathedral, lunch (does not include)
continuing by “Quebrada de las conchas”
where we will see how the erosion of the
wind gave forms and figures in multicolor
hills continuing by the Valle de Lerma,
El Carril, La Merced, Cerrillos arriving
at the city of Salta.
THURSDAY:
Salta: excursion to Humahuaca, departure
by route 34, going through the city of
Gral. Güemes, to San Salvador de
Jujuy, continuing by Tumbaya, Purmamarca
(7 colors hill), Maimara, the Tropic of
Capricorn, Tilcara, where Pucara and the
archaeological museum are visited. (does
not include entrance) Uquia, its old chapel
with its altar laminated in gold, arriving
at Humahuaca. Lunch (does not include)
after crossing the town of Humahuaca we
return to S. S. of Jujuy where a brief
visit to the city takes place, the cathedral,
Belgrano square, return by the cadillal,
Gral Güemes, Salta
FRIDAY:
Salta: Free morning. In the afternoon
visit to the city, historical town, July
9th. square, Church Cathedral, ex- government
house, Town hall, Church San Francisco,
San Bernardo Monastery.
Ascent Hill San Bernardo, panoramic Vista
of the city and the Lerma Valley, Gral.
Güemes Monument and Battle of Salta
Monument, San Lorenzo gully and artisan
market, places of magnificent colorful
and singular beauty.

Salta - Free.
SUNDAY:
Salta Transfer to airport.
